Job Overview: We are seeking a driven, passionate, and flexible Massage Therapist to join our team at the new Knightsbridge flagship. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Massage Therapy and possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly across different locations. While previous experience in lymphatic drainage is not required, candidates must be enthusiastic about learning and mastering the "Dimple Amani Method." We offer comprehensive training to ensure you can deliver our unique, holistic treatments with confidence and skill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Treatments: Perform massage therapies that align with the Dimple Amani Method, providing clients with a rejuvenating and transformative experience.

• Customized Care: Tailor each treatment to the individual needs and preferences of clients, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service.

• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to master the Dimple Amani Method, which uniquely combines Ayurvedic principles, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, Finnish infrared therapies, and East-Asian Guasha techniques.

• Holistic Wellness: Educate clients on the benefits of our treatments and how they can support overall wellness and beauty, encouraging a holistic approach to self-care.

• Professionalism: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, client care, and professionalism in all interactions.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other therapists and the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless client experience and the efficient operation of the wellness center.

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a loyal client base and contributing to the growth of the Dimple Amani brand.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Massage Therapy or equivalent qualification.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

• A passion for holistic wellness and a willingness to learn and integrate new techniques into your practice.

• Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and adapt to the scheduling needs of the wellness center.

• Driven, passionate, and eager to contribute to the success of the Dimple Amani brand.

• Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with both part-time and full-time positions available.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: Starting from £15 per hour.

• Training: Comprehensive training provided in the exclusive "Dimple Amani Method."

• Schedule: Part-time and full-time positions available, with flexible working hours.
