Key Responsibilities

• Understand and Evaluate Brand Support: Meticulously analyse the services offered to clinics to ensure they align with clients' expectations and meet industry benchmarks.

• Foster Strong Relationships: Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with partner clinics, ensuring they receive the comprehensive support and resources necessary for success.

• Enhance Brand Integrity: Develop and execute strategic directives to uphold and enhance the integrity of our represented brands, ensuring alignment with client values and expectations.

• Collaborate for Improvement: Partner with sales, marketing, and training teams to design cohesive strategies that elevate the client's experience and optimise product utilisation.

• Provide In-House Training: Offer specialised training for therapists, clinic managers, and reception staff on delivering exceptional treatments and maximising sales of home care products.

• Present Brand Opportunities: Skillfully present and advocate for our brands to new business prospects, demonstrating how your extensive clinic experience can support successful brand launches.
