Position Summary
As a Therapist at 53 Aesthetics, you will deliver expert-level beauty and skincare treatments with a personalised approach to each client. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality care while upholding the brand’s commitment to excellence. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in an exciting and growing business, while making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional beauty and skincare treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conduct consultations to assess clients' goals and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare advancements, treatments, and industry trends.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the team to create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
- Part-time position: 2.5 days per week.
- Wage: To be discussed upon successful interview.
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced knowledge of skincare treatments and modalities is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client care.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
