Job Description:
 
We are seeking a motivated Spa Manager to lead a dedicated team, deliver exceptional services, and drive the commercial success of the spa. Your focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, team motivation, and overall spa profitability.
 
This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing daily spa operations and occasional treatment delivery. We are looking for an experienced, organised, and driven individual with a commercial focus, proven leadership skills, and a strong front-of-house presence. Ensuring an outstanding guest experience and developing an expanding team are paramount.
 
Requirements:
 
- Minimum of 3 years in the spa industry with spa supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of the UK spa market
- Proven track record of commercial success
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Level 3 beauty qualification
- Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
- Strong communication, motivation, and leadership abilities
- Numerical and written proficiency
- Flexibility to meet customer and business needs
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Deliver high-quality services, exceeding customer expectations
- Lead, develop, and motivate the spa team to achieve excellence
- Maximise profitability through effective spa management
- Drive revenue by delivering treatments, upselling products, and creating memorable experiences
- Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for customers
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of spa staff
- Achieve monthly activity targets, driving sales and customer retention
- Enforce internal policies and procedures for client and employee safety
- Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
- Perform a full range of facial and body treatments according to standards
