Job Summary: As an Evening Mobile Spray Tan Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized and professional spray tanning services to our valued clients. Dedication and availability during evening hours are essential for success in this role. While we strive to maintain flexibility in scheduling, it is important to meet the demands of our clients, which primarily occur during evening times.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality spray tanning services to clients in various locations (home visits)
- Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor while creating a comfortable environment for clients.
- Manage and maintain your schedule to ensure timely arrival and completion of appointments.
- Continuously enhance your spray tanning expertise and stay updated with industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to clients' needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with the team to coordinate appointments and resolve any client-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the beauty industry or sales-related roles is preferred.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine desire to make people feel good about themselves.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using smartphone applications, particularly with iPhone.
- Possession of a Level 2 Spray Tanning certificate is advantageous, or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
- Access to a reliable vehicle for traveling to client locations.
- Residing within the designated postcodes.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
