We have an exciting opportunity working with a leading skin care brand, helping delivering training courses across Scotland Spas and Salons on a part-time 3 month temporary to permanent contract. For the right candidate this position has the potential to be a full-time permanent contract.
They pride themselves on providing clients with sustainable, ethical skincare, delivering solutions to skin concerns across the face and body. They are searching for an experienced skin care trainer or Business Development Manager to help deliver their passion of the brand, in both skincare products and specific treatment courses, to new and experienced therapists, infusing them with the knowledge and excitement ensuring the brand remains the well-industry-recognised name it is today.
As an experienced trainer and Business Development Manager, you will responsible for delivering the highest standard of brand support to managers, including training on skincare courses, product training. The territory will be concentrated to Scotland and Northern England with the outlook of handling all Spas and Salon in this geographic. You will be responsible to plan and manage your own diary and journey plans. You will need to ensure all materials and stock are organised and ordered ahead of meetings or training courses and liaise with Spa Managers to ensure they are looked after as account holders in a timely, professional manner.

Requirements:
*Minimum of Level 3 Beauty Therapy to a UK equivalent standard
*Have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager in the spa industry;
*Teacher training qualification is desirable but not essential
*Worked as a therapist in a premium spa environment for a min of 3 years;
*Have a hands on approach to training and development of the therapists;
*Have clear effective communication skills, highly organised with a high level of attention to details;
*Resilient and resourceful in a fast paced changing company;
*A positive and enthusiastic personality with a can-do attitude;
*The ability to multi-task and be able to deal with daily pressures of looking after multiple projects and tasks;
*Have immaculate personal presentation and standards;
*A Clean Valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
