As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the brand's journey with limitless potential. Your primary role will involve building strong relationships with salon and spa owners/managers, making a significant contribution to the company's financial growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities within the beauty professional skincare market.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, possessing exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B field sales into salon and spa, adept at nurturing relationships with luxury clients and expanding established B2B group partnerships in the Northern region.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Identify and cultivate new business leads, converting them into loyal customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with an existing client portfolio.
- Meet or exceed set financial targets, contributing to company profitability.
- Efficiently manage and organize schedules and appointments.
