We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
 
Role Overview:
If you love beauty, are sales driven, enjoy hitting targets and building relationships then this is the perfect role for you. This is a fast paced environment where hard work gets rewarded with an uncapped commission and a great bonus structure. You will play a crucial role in driving our continued sales growth within the organization. This position requires an individual who has a back ground within the beauty industry, along with enjoying building relationships,  advising B2B customers of offers, new beauty products that we have launched and helping them grow their business. You will be managing an active CRM database, and will be able to multitask, taking incoming calls, cross selling, up selling, processing orders and opening new accounts. If blessed with exceptional sales and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to close the sales, this is your dream job.
 
Responsibilities:
· Accountable for hitting daily targets and overall monthly target.
· Sourcing and opening new customers and new sales categories in existing customers.
· Ensure all new leads are called within 24 hours and converted to sales in a timely manner
· Upselling and cross selling to repeat clients and ensure they are purchasing our full range of products
· Handling inbound customer inquiries and orders via phone and email.
· Ensure smooth order processing, including generating quotes, customer lead lists and creating sales orders.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that all interactions and transactions are documented in the CRM system.
· Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
· Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
 
. Previous experience working in the Beauty industry is a must
. Proven track record in sales, with a confident, natural approach and ability to instantly build rapport.
· Results oriented with a growth mindset and tons of energy.
· Confident telephone manner with a bubbly personality.
.Excellent computer skills and written communication skills are essential.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
· Able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
· Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
