Position: Beauty Therapist

Role Overview: As a Beauty Therapist at Swanky, you will provide a wide range of beauty treatments to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and care. Your expertise in various beauty techniques will help our clients look and feel their best, contributing to their overall well-being and confidence. You will work in a supportive and fun environment, dedicated to clean beauty and sisterhood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments,
• Hot and Strip waxing 
• Advanced Brow Shaping
•  Lash and brow tinting]
•  LVL lash lifts & brow lamination,
• Facials Massage 
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and advice.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment areas, following health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer the best services to clients.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
• Manage client bookings and schedules efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of appointments.
• Assist with promotional activities and events to engage and attract clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable experience for clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, with expertise in hot and strip waxing, advanced brow shaping, lash and brow tinting, LVL lash lifts, brow lamination, and facials.
• Certification from a reputable beauty therapy program NVQ 2 & 3 .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Passionate about beauty and staying updated with industry trends.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
