Position: Front of House

Role Overview: As the Front of House at Swanky, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients feel exceptional and welcome. Your primary responsibilities include managing new and existing bookings, making and receiving calls, ordering and managing stock, and maintaining a high level of organization and communication. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their entire experience at Swanky.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel at home and valued.
• Manage new and existing bookings efficiently using our booking system.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Order and manage stock, ensuring all supplies are available and well-organized.
• Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house area, reflecting the Swanky brand.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting the overall operations of the salon.

Background:

• Experience working in a busy salon or similar environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
