We are a new, independently owned luxury nail bar and beauty SPA with a fun, friendly and clean environment, located in New Malden who are looking for team players who are experienced in performing a variety of beauty services, including manicure/ pedicure/ nail art, threading/ lash and brow tinting, lamination and extensions, full face and full body waxing and facials treatments.

Essential Skills
- Must have minimum NVQ II qualification, however NVQ III or equivalent would be desirable
- One-year salon/ beauty SPA experience required
- Retail/Sales experience/ Ability to upsell
- English is essential, foreign languages desirable but not essential
- Possess excellent organisational skills, written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate attention to detail and time management
- Has had experience/ desirable working with OPI/ Nailberry/ Outback Organics

- Prove your expertise as a Nail/ Lash & Brow Technician, Waxing and Facial Therapist, bringing your skills to Sanya SPA.
- Demonstrate your commitment to excellence by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring our SPA is a haven of luxury and perfection.
- Play a vital role in the team by assisting in upkeep and stock replenishment, contributing to the seamless flow of our exceptional services.
- Your exceptional communication style, coupled with outstanding customer service skills, is key to creating memorable experiences for our client.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service from the start to the end of the client journey.
- Be a brand ambassador for Sanya Spa
- Deliver high-quality treatments.
- Thoroughly clean and sterilise all tools and equipment before and after each use.
- Always keep the workstation tidy and well-organised.
- Stay informed about current treatment trends and techniques.
- Educate clients on proper nail/ brows/ lash and all treatment care.
- Upsell packages and build client loyalty
- Responsibility for client reservation administration
- Front house representation when necessary
- Deliver high standards of communication verbally and written to ensure Sanya SPA clients schedules are met on time.

Job Type:
- Full-time/ Part-time
- Able to work some weekends.
Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time (up to 40Hrs/ Wk), Part-time (20-24Hrs/ Wk)
