We are looking for passionate and dedicated Laser and Waxing Therapists for our London salons.

The successful candidate will be a perfectionist, who works to a high standard and follows policies and procedures whilst being a personable and approachable personality to their guests.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for delivering our unique waxing and laser services. Included within this is services such as brow shaping, brow lamination tinting, and waxing. You will train with our Head of Education, who will ensure your skills and techniques will be put to the test for you to become one of our elite and prestigious hair removal experts. Upselling retail and other services will be part of this role so experience and passion in this area is a must.

Our specialist waxing therapists / practitioners are trained to the highest level, are armed with the best products for all skin types and has a complete knowledge of the full waxing A-Z, ensuring a virtually pain-free wax. This includes scrupulous hygiene, a speedy yet thorough approach and the ability to put you at ease, all in our quirky rooms and comfortable environment (where you can lie back, relax and watch your favourite TV show). Consistency is key – and all therapists are trained to this standard at all 5 of our locations, ensuring the guest has the best experience possible.

REQUIREMENTS

· NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy

· NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Beauty Therapy - for Laser Therapist

· Proficient with Intimate Waxing

· Exceptional customer care / service skills

· Outstanding retail skills and a natural confidence in interacting with all guests

· Excellent organisation, presentation and housekeeping

· Must have the ability to work on your own and use initiative

· Outgoing, enthusiastic/ friendly / approachable /Self-motivated

· Completely fluent in the English language

· Must have a ‘can do’ attitude

· Excellent punctuality
