Dual Site Clinic Manager
We are seeking a Dual Site Clinic Manager to join an award-winning clinic and team, with excellent customer service, innovative treatments, and high-profile clientele. The dual-site Clinic Manager is responsible for leading the team to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability by working closely with the General Manager. Responsible for the general operations of the clinics. The successful candidate will ensure targets are met in terms of sales, customer service, treatment quality, clinic maintenance as well as staff motivation, leadership, and development.
The role will include a front-of-house role, assisting with greeting clients, and answering any incoming phone calls/emails plus undertaking any management duties such as managing the team. The role is based across two sites in London.
Job Responsibilities
- Driving clinic sales, maximizing diary occupancy to ensure targets are met working closely with General Manager.
- Driving and maintaining five-star customer service levels in the clinic.
- Working closely with practitioners, ensuring correct processes and protocols are followed and targets are met within the clinic.
- Ensuring practitioners provide the highest quality treatments with consistent five-star results.
- Building customer rapport
- Team schedules including holiday and sickness cover
- Clinic maintenance and health and safety
- Ensuring the clinic operations are efficient and excellent
- Responsible for clinical governance, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Complaints management
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Medical Practice Management: 1 year (preferred) or Dental Practice Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Must have experience with CQC.
The Dual SIte Clinic Manager role is a good opportunity for someone already in clinic management to develop their career.
This is a Full-Time permanent role. 8-hour day shifts including weekend work.
The dual site role will be working and managing the Loughton and Moorgate Clinic
This role offers a competitive salary of £36,000 upwards depending on experience.
