Our client is an exceptional skincare and experiences brand that is looking for a lively and vibrant experienced Spa Marketing Manager to join our client’s marketing team and continue to drive in-channel growth. 

This Marketing role has a broad stretch across the Spa channel within the brand and touches across all other internal departments within the business. It is essential to company growth plans and vital to the evolution of the Spa business.

Job Summary

The Spa Marketing Manager title carries responsibility and accountability for crafting, ideating, strategizing, juggling, and expediting the many elements within the Marketing mix across these growing sales channels. It specifically requires an understanding of wider company and sales channel initiatives as what you do within Spa will link directly to and fall out from our other sales channels and marketing initiatives.


Spa Channel Marketing

  • Help to curate, craft, and execute spa channel-specific rolling Marketing plans aligned with our Head of Marketing
  • To manage NPD launches and promotions and supporting activity within the channels and ensure this is fed into the forecasting team in good time
  • To liaise with the Head of Marketing and other members of the marketing team to ensure deliverables of all Spa marketing initiatives are on time and executed to the highest standard.
  • Support the execution of a consistent brand message across all of our spas ensuring that they are in line with our brand values & purpose
  • Help deliver the brand marketing campaign calendar in line with the Spa calendar and continually update internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our Spa contacts to drive relevant tactical marketing solutions in line with the brand values that meet objectives for sales and brand awareness.
  • Regular relationship check-ins in person – this means regular travel to our key accounts
  • Ensure relevant marketing campaigns, brand guidance, and appropriate communication are provided to our spas/distributors/agencies/contacts
  • Full monthly analysis & reporting of all marketing campaigns and events within the Spa channel
  • Have an in-depth understanding of our spas, their performance, and contribution, and continually grow this knowledge
  • To analyse performance on promotions, events, and other activities within spas and report back to the business
  • To plan, manage and issue all 360 campaign activity for POS, print ads, digital marketing, sales support presentations, emails, and other marketing assets
  • Work with the PR & Marketing Manager to craft and plan activity across traditional and digital press, influencers, and events.
  • Organise regular spa team meetings, craft agendas, and issue minutes.
  • Craft and execute brand overviews and new business presentations.
  • New market acquisition updates to the digital team for listings in the “where to find us”

Training and Presentation 

  • Management of Spa On-Line training hub ensuring all assets are up to date, engaging, and relevant.
  • To manage the Professional Treatment Training manual content ensuring all treatment protocols and product versions are always up to date.
  • Ensure all product information, allergies, contraindications, etc. are uploaded and always correct and in line with the signed-off brand copy.

The Candidate

  • Proven success in a comparable and successful marketing role
  • Knowledge of spa and marketing strategies
  • The ability to think objectively
  • A mix of creativity and analytical abilities
  • Good copy and visual storytelling abilities
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Be a supreme team player, happy to call on the support of others when needed.
  • Able to always make a great pass.
  • Confident and outgoing.
  • Flexible to travel.
  • Committed and willing to go the extra distance.
  • Troubleshoot & step into any needs of customers and team members.
  • Be flexible and amenable to carrying out other duties from time to time when requested.

Full-time position | Flexible hours | Up to £40,000 per annum | 28 days holiday
