Beauty Therapist Job!
Our clients award-winning resort boasts one of the largest state-of-the-art spas in Europe, stylish bedrooms, spectacular grounds, and decadent dining and is now recruiting for full time beauty therapists to join their winning team.
Main Purpose Job:
To ensure clients receive excellent quality of treatments and provide customer care to the highest standard, giving advice when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all treatments are carried out to the high standard we and our associated product houses require.
- Remaining flexible and willing to carry out the variety of treatments in which you have been trained.
- To ensure lifestyle questionnaires are always completed.
- To follow through all treatments you have received training for in the correct timescales and using the
correct procedures.
- After care and recommends are always given to the client.
- Incorporate retail sales / recommendations with all treatments in a polite, professional manner.
- To achieve daily sales targets.
- To achieve daily treatment targets- 6 treatment hours per day with 15 minute between each treatment.
- To encourage first class customer service at all times.
- Removal and collection of dirty / clean laundry.
- To keep your therapy room comfortable and exceptionally clean and tidy.
- To ensure your towel cabby, air conditioning unit are switched off and unplugged at the end of day.
- To ensure all daily jobs and duties are carried out as requested by your senior.
- To escort clients to the relaxation chairs in the post treatment lounge at the end of every treatment.
- End of day jobs checked and signed.
- Always stick to the allocated treatment times.
Additional Responsibilities:
• You may be required to learn about other operational areas of the business.
Please note this role will require flexible working between 8:00am-8:00pm inclusive of weekends. Rotas are subject to change.

Generous salary: £11.25 - £12.75 per hour (depending on experience) along with commission and accommodation if needed.
