We are currently recruiting for new clinics in London, Kingston, Edinburgh ,Southampton and Milton Keynes based within the John Lewis department store, the ideal candidate will have extensive interest or exposure to the field of Beauty Therapy or Aesthetic Therapy.
You must be able to work flexibly to including alternate Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist or facialist is essential.
Experience with skincare and performing facials is required with additional experience in performing lasers or aesthetic treatments considered a bonus, you will also receive full and comprehensive training on all our treatments.
It would be helpful if you understood the demands of working in a commercial retail environment with a strong sales and conversion background. You will be responsible for your own client base within the clinic, consulting, treating, and assessing patients on non-surgical procedures. We monitor conversion and patient retention.

Duties:
- To provide skincare and facial treatments within our Hydra Facial bar
- To provide a range of Aesthetic Treatments within our clinic treatment rooms
- To provide the client with detailed, accurate and appropriate information in relation to the client’s expectations
- To provide consultation and informed consent to client
- To maintain contemporaneous notes
- To respect client dignity and confidentiality
- To maintain high standard of clinic cleanliness
- To help take payments by cash, cheque, or credit/debit card, if necessary
- To help book appointments by telephone or in person, if necessary
- To retail products as appropriate and offer advice to clients
- To inform the Manager of any adverse incident, accident, or complaint
- Download client pictures into database
- Maintain adequate stock of supplies within the clinic and notify clinic manager of stock requests
You Must:
- Be a Level 3-4 NVQ qualified or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years’ experience
- Can work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
