We are recruiting for the Winners of Best Aesthetic UK Clinic Chain.
A unique medical spa offering the latest aesthetic treatments as well as surgical procedures.
They are well known for our cutting edge treatments, always on the lookout for new, results driven technologies and products to ensure we are providing the best possible results for our clients.
Currently seeking experienced aestheticians for their clinics in Central London.
You will already be working in an aesthetic clinic, with a minimum of two years post qualification experience.
Although full training will be provided on the equipment and products that we use, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with previous experience in lasers, radio frequency, ultrasound, micro-needling, advanced skin peels and skin care experience. We use Skinceuticals, Dermaquest, Biologique Recherche and Cosmedix ranges, and experience of these products would be an advantage.
They offer an attractive salary according to your experience, with a commission structure that is one of the best in the industry.
Your development is important ; this is why they offer full and ongoing training in both products and services through in-house training with their Training Manager as well as outsourced training.
You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and retain a high end clientele, by providing excellent service and maintaining a professional attitude at all times
Required skills and experience:
• A minimum of two years post qualification experience
• Experience in lasers, radio frequency, ultrasound, micro-needling and advanced skin treatments are an advantage
• Laser core knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience and interest in meeting sales targets, both treatment and product related
• Ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment
• Well presented
• A team player with an excellent attitude towards their work
