Job Scope
  1. Ensure efficient operation of  beauty rooms
  2. Under the general guidance and supervision of Store Manager and within the limits of established Organic Pharmacy policies and procedures
  3. Ensure the highest standard of client care and services at all time.
  4. Promotes the desired work culture around Ward Winning Ways and brand ethos   
Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Promote the beauty rooms by actively participating with internal and external promotional activities
  2. To actively manage trade test and sales assessments skills with feedback to Trainer and Human Resources Management
  3. To take responsibility for stock management and ordering for Beauty rooms
  4. To Train Junior Therapists on required skills i.e. Brazilians etc.
  5. Responsible for carrying out VIP treatments  and events when required
  6. Encourage the promotion and sale of products in conjunction with beauty treatments
  7. Ensuring that end of day closure and till procedures are followed
  8. Working to meet treatment and sales targets
  1. Comply with company regulations and provisions contained in the employment handbook
  2. Comply with company grooming and uniform standards
  3. Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies
  4. Actively participate in training and development programs and maximise opportunities for self-development
  5. To maintain the appropriate attitude to reflect and promote the image of The Organic Pharmacy
Customer Service
  1. Perform all treatments to the highest standard at all times
  2. Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and Company standards
  3. Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the clients experience 
  4. Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations
  5. Take appropriate action to resolve client complaints
  6. Be able to promote the Beauty and Health clinic products and services
  7. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge of the company
  1. Comply with the company corporate code of conduct at all times
  2. Familiarise yourself with the company vision and values which link to our desired behaviours that we expect all employees to display
  3. Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by your Store Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals
  4. Desire and ability to improve your knowledge and abilities through on-going Training.
  5. Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
  6. Complete daily cleaning checklist and weekly deep cleanliness of Beauty rooms including all equipment, visual merchandised areas, treatment tools e.g cuticle nippers are hygienically cleaned and stored correctly
  7. Ensure that weekly salon orders and monthly non essentials are ordered to ensure that you are fully equip at all times
