What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Professionals: Hold a nationally recognized Beauty Qualification (NVQ Level 2 required, Level 3 preferred).
• Excellence in Service: Deliver all beauty treatments to the highest standard.
• Client-Centric Approach: Possess excellent communication and client care skills with a friendly, relaxed demeanor.
• Customer Loyalty: Focus on building and maintaining customer loyalty, encouraging repeat business.
• Retail Expertise: Promote spa brands through effective retailing and recommended homecare.
• Hygiene Standards: Ensure the treatment room maintains impeccable hygiene.
• Team Player: Available to work weekends on a rotating basis with the team.

Compensation:

• Competitive Salary: £11.75 - £12.50 per hour olus retail commission.
