Cool Creative is a small independent and award winning salon in the heart of Kensington. We are offering this full time position within our fun and friendly team. You will need to be a fully qualified hairdresser and have a minimum 8 years experience. We have been established since 1990, always busy with a very loyal clientele. We expect excellent spoken English, good interpersonal skills, timekeeping and a positive attitude.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain your column.
- Full consultation and care with clients, cutting, colouring and styling to a high standard, Perform relaxing rituals,
- Building new clientele, referring clients for all treatments, recommending products and increasing sales.
- Blowdrying And Styling Skills
- Male Grooming styling colouring
- Customer Service & High-End Retail
We love outstanding customer service ethics, reliability and knowing all aspects of the industry - from creative hair cutting to balayage to social media engagement and retail.
This is a self-employed position. The salon is open 7 days per week and we are offering a guaranteed basic rate of £1600 per month plus commission. We are extremely busy and will earn much more than this as we have a clientele ready and waiting to take over.
