Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Beauty Therapist
Salary on application, part-time 3 days per week, one being a Sunday
Summary
Our client is a luxurious, professional aesthetics clinic based in Chelsea, London, offering an exceptional skincare and aesthetics experience to its customers.
In turn we are seeking a strong sales minded, aesthetic nurse practitioner, ideally from a beauty background, with previous experience in a clinical setting to join our medical aesthetics team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong proven sales acumen, understanding of product sales and skincare and be able to demonstrate experience of providing anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, facial peels, laser and other anti-ageing products and procedures.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Provide pre-consultation advise for clients on treatments and products most suited to their personal needs
- Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care to clients attending the clinic
- To practice independently all non- surgical treatments (anti-wrinkle injections and fillers) when competency has been validated in line with current legislation, guidance and clinic protocols
- To provide the client with detailed, accurate and appropriate information in relation to the client’s expectations
- To be responsible for client retention and the development of a client base within the non-surgical department
- To ensure client notes, photos and stock takes are up to date
- To respect client dignity and confidentiality
- To maintain high standards of clinic cleanliness ensuring work surfaces and equipment are cleaned between clients
- To help take payments
- To help book appointments by telephone or in person
- To offer advice to clients and retail products as appropriate
- Resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Be a team player to maintain exceptional clinic standards
Skills and experience required
- Must have the V300 Independent Nurse Prescriber qualification
- Beauty therapy Level 3-6 NVQ qualified or equivalent / nursing route
- Effective communication to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients
- Deliver excellent customer service to all clients
- Good listening skills and the ability to convey empathy.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetic treatments and minimum 1 year’s Front of house experience
- To ensure that clinic standards are consistent high and reviewed to improve care and services
- Can work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings
