Spa Experience is looking for a Spa Supervisor to join our Spa Experience team based at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre  in Walthamstow, East London. As a Spa Supervisor with Spa Experience, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best products around such as Elemis, Murad, Jessica, Fake Bake and La Sultane de Saba.

We are looking for a Supervisor to develop and manage the Spa Therapist team and oversee daily operations to ensure operating procedures and Health and Safety policies are adhered to whilst presenting a calm and luxurious environment for customers.

You will deliver the Spa Experience brand through driving the retail, day spa programmes and treatments business. To ensure the highest quality of maintenance, cleanliness and customer service is delivered, you will assist with the recruitment and training of all Spa Therapists and Spa Assistants.

You should have extensive experience within a salon, spa or sales environment with a minimum of 1 years supervisory experience, minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and a First Aid at Work qualification.

You will also be able to operate the business aspects of a spa environment such as reception, stock control, promotion, sales, staff development and ensuring excellent customer services whilst achieving business, financial and sales targets.
