The purpose of the role is to manage a small team and the running of the Counter/Account by driving the sales of treatments and products, and to develop sales and awareness of the brand using both internal and external promotional activity. To ensure the company standards are maintained at all times to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty, customer enthusiasm and personal presentation is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

·Responsible for the growth of skincare sales in treatments and products within the store

·Pro-actively drive sales ensuring that personal and counter targets are met/ exceeded

·Raise awareness of the brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range

·Participate fully in promotional/PR activity ensuring the success of the promotion and/or event

·Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients needs

·Assess and collate weekly/monthly sales figures and analysis of business, and report to key staff

·Ensure the team are aware of their figures and targets and how the account is trading

·Prepare rotas on a monthly basis ensuring the counter is sufficiently covered at all times

·Maintain the site to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation

·Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and handle any client complaints

·Manage, support and develop a team continuously monitoring and assessing performance

·Ensure that company standards, image and values are maintained at all times

·Assist and support in the on-going product knowledge and retail training for the team

·Responsible for the motivation and team spirit of your small division

·Ensure that a complete stock check is carried out on a weekly/ fortnightly basis

·Work as a team with other individuals and colleagues in the Company and within the store

Requirements

·Beauty Therapy qualification highly desirable

·Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent

·Experience within a similar retail/store role and industry

·Experience supervising and managing a small team

·Proven sales record of meeting/exceeding targets

·Practical work experience in conducting treatments highly desirable

·Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel

·Previous experience working with a professional brand
