The most exciting salon in the City of London is looking for a fun, energetic and target-focused team individual for their expanding team!
We are a wax, nail and brow salon in the City with a big ambition! We create a great vibe and a destination that clients enjoy while they receive professional services on time, every time.
As Front of House Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Successful execution all front office operations and ensuring we deliver the customer journey from client arrival to departure and always give our clients the fantastic experience we promise.
  • Continually improving the practices, procedures and our way of working to improve the client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Leading from the front in providing the support and actions that gel a team together
  • Driving Employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maximizing the financial performance of the salon.
  • Proactively providing market and client feedback to refine and improve offers, packages and services.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maximise column capacity and use up-selling techniques to promote the salon services
  • Evaluate levels of client satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Organise staff rotas and be able to resolve conflict issues
  • Ensure team members are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and practices
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of salon products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
  • Define staff individual targets and implement promotions
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with and be fully supported by the Owner to ensure all revenue streams are maximised
Skills & Experience
  • Individual with at least 2 years' experience in a front-end role (face to face client interaction)
  • Computer competent
  • You will have the ability to listen, learn and implement. You will be well organised, self-assured, assertive, approachable and enjoy working in a vibrant team environment.
