Strip is an exciting, dynamic Retail and Beauty Company who has been rapidly expanding over the last ten year offering our clients a virtually pain free waxing experience. We aim to deliver the best Wax treatments, with a luxury and opulence feel which is mirrored throughout all of our Strip Boutiques. We have 6 flagship stores in central London.

About You

Due to our continued success and expansion we are seeking a driven, sales orientated Assistant Boutique Manager to be based in one of our Central London locations. You will have a strong interest in the beauty and fashion industry, and be passionate about delivering a 5 star customer service experience and inspiring a team.

You will be well presented, reliable and have a bubbly, outgoing personality whilst also being very sales driven. You must have the ability to perform well under pressure and be able to work in a fast-paced environment in order to ensure your team achieves sales targets.

This position will include working retail hours and shifts so you must be fully flexible to include weekdays, weekends, mornings & evenings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Hitting individual retail targets and total boutique targets
  • Motivating, leading and developing an elite team of employees
  • Brainstorming, implementing and participating in promotions
  • Actively retailing and demonstrating retail products to clients
  • Promoting and offering bra fittings to all clients   
  • Pro-actively work a busy treatment diary including making bookings and taking payments
  • Cashing up and completing closing procedures
  • Assist with the running of the retail boutique, i.e. stock replenishment and housekeeping
  • Ensuring all employees are working to the company Standard Operating Procedures to deliver a smooth running operation and five star client experience at all time

    You will need:

  • A bubbly, outgoing personality and a proven track record in sales targets
  • A keen interest in the beauty & fashion industry with a least 2 years experience working in one of these sectors
  • Excellent client service skills, telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a team and lead by example
  • Confident, self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to follow direction and problem solve
  • Willingness to assist the Boutique Manager and take over the duties of the Boutique Manger when necessary
  • Proficient in MS Office, having used a spa booking system is an advantage
  • Complete fluency in the English language
