In the Counter Manager’s absence the Assistant Counter Manager ‘assists’ in the supervision and support of the daily operations of the location to ensure consistent quality and standard is in keeping with the guidelines set forth by my client, their corporate management and all policy and procedures. To ensure that the customer service, and the customer’s skin health needs are the main priority of all service and business decisions.  To represent my client as a brand in a professional manner.

 To offer customised treatments, and retail products through the various avenues available to you within the counter and skin bar.

Clear Speaking voice/ well spoken
Excellent Telephone manner
Fluency in written and verbal English
Professional and cheery persona

Smart appearance
Ability to multi-task
Confident in dealing with people at all levels

Team player
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
Knowledge of Dermalogica product line a plus
GCSE Maths or equivalent
GCSE English or equivalent
